Job Summary

Leading the development of global compensation strategies, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will design and implement competitive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with a high-performance culture while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Optro's global compensation strategy and localized pay structures
• Design and maintain scalable salary structures and total rewards frameworks
• Conduct global market benchmarking and compensation analyses to track trends

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation
• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
• Proven experience scaling a global company to 1,000+ employees
• Workday Compensation experience preferred
• Ability to use data for predicting future headcount costs and reward risks
