Senior Compensation Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will lead the design and execution of global compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the development and execution of the global compensation strategy and localized pay structures
- Champion the use of AI tools to provide insights and analytics for leadership and managers
- Oversee the administration of compensation cycles and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation
- Proven experience scaling a global company
- Experience in a fast-growing global SaaS or tech company is strongly preferred
- Workday Compensation experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to challenge senior leaders on compensation decisions that do not align with high-performance philosophies
