Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to shape its global compensation philosophy and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive compensation programs
  • Support and administer annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and promotions
  • Manage the equity program and conduct pay equity reviews to ensure fairness and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with HRIS/Compensation tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methods, job leveling, pay structures, and compensation ranges
  • Ability to manage large data sets accurately and provide compensation guidance to stakeholders
