Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage mid-year and annual compensation cycles, including planning and execution
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and functional leaders to provide compensation guidance
- Refine compensation philosophy and structures to support growth and IPO readiness
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in compensation
- Experience with global compensation programs in a distributed workforce
- Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals and market pricing
- Hands-on experience with compensation surveys, preferably with Aon
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for managing large datasets
