Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to support and scale its global compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mid-year and annual compensation cycles, including planning and execution
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and functional leaders to provide compensation guidance
  • Refine compensation philosophy and structures to support growth and IPO readiness
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in compensation
  • Experience with global compensation programs in a distributed workforce
  • Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals and market pricing
  • Hands-on experience with compensation surveys, preferably with Aon
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for managing large datasets
