Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to support and evolve its compensation programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and management of sales incentive plans aligned with business priorities
  • Provide consultative guidance on salary recommendations and compensation competitiveness
  • Define and improve compensation processes and materials for effective program understanding
Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in sales and incentive compensation within a Total Rewards or Compensation function
  • Experience partnering with Sales leadership and Finance to develop incentive programs
  • Proven knowledge of market pricing, benchmarking, and job leveling
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation data management tools
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented with sound judgment in recommendations
