Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience
  • Experience with Workday HRIS
  • Expertise in market pricing and salary structure design
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including compensation modeling and scenario analysis
