Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation frameworks
- Lead the development of job architecture, including job families and career progression frameworks
- Conduct advanced compensation analysis and develop data models to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience
- Experience with Workday HRIS
- Expertise in market pricing and salary structure design
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including compensation modeling and scenario analysis
