Job Summary

To shape the future of talent rewards, the full-time remote Senior Compensation Partner will analyze market trends, support annual compensation cycles, and lead the equity program while partnering with HR and business leaders to design competitive compensation strategies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive compensation programs
  • Support and administer annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, promotions, and equity
  • Lead the equity program and manage the promotion process to ensure fairness and consistency
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS/Compensation tools
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methods and compensation structures
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets accurately
