Job Summary

To shape the future of talent reward strategies, the full-time remote Senior Compensation Partner will analyze market trends, support annual compensation cycles, and lead the equity program while collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive compensation programs
  • Support and administer annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, promotions, and equity
  • Lead the equity program, managing grants, tracking, and reporting in partnership with Finance and Legal
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with HRIS/Compensation tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methods, job leveling, pay structures, and compensation ranges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and advise stakeholders
