Job Summary

Providing analytical support to the Compensation Team, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will serve as the primary contact for compensation inquiries, conduct benchmarking analysis, and develop compensation models while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for compensation questions from stakeholders across various channels
  • Conduct annual and ad hoc benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, levels, and pay ranges
  • Administer recurring compensation processes and support participation in compensation surveys
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 3 years in a client-facing role
  • Proven experience in developing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience managing short-term incentive programs for a minimum of 3 years
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build complex compensation models
  • Experience leading compensation-related projects, such as job leveling initiatives
