Job Summary
Providing analytical support to the Compensation Team, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will serve as the primary contact for compensation inquiries, conduct benchmarking analysis, and develop compensation models while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for compensation questions from stakeholders across various channels
- Conduct annual and ad hoc benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, levels, and pay ranges
- Administer recurring compensation processes and support participation in compensation surveys
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 3 years in a client-facing role
- Proven experience in developing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies
- Demonstrated experience managing short-term incentive programs for a minimum of 3 years
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build complex compensation models
- Experience leading compensation-related projects, such as job leveling initiatives
