Job Summary
Supporting the global Engineering division, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will manage reward strategies and programs, coordinate market data, and assist with compensation-related consulting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate survey submissions and maintain the team's market data depository
- Play a major role in planning and executing the annual merit cycle and comprehensive market analysis
- Support the development and administration of compensation policies and incentive programs aligned with company objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation or related fields such as Consulting, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, with a focus on data analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Exceptional analytical skills for working with large datasets
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
