Job Summary
To support the evolution of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will provide compensation consulting, market pricing, and job evaluation while partnering with business leaders and teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and People Experience Business Partners to evaluate and guide compensation decisions, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses to inform compensation decisions and maintain market competitiveness
- Design and improve sales incentive plans in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to align with business priorities
Required qualifications
- Experience in leading compensation design decisions in partnership with business leaders and HR
- Strong expertise in market pricing, benchmarking, salary structure management, and job leveling
- Proficiency in Excel for building professional analysis and summary materials
- Experience with Workday and familiarity with incentive compensation platforms like Xactly or Varicent
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales incentive compensation programs, including design and administration
