Job Summary
As a key member of the People team, the full-time remote Senior Compensation Partner will lead strategic initiatives to enhance global compensation programs, ensuring competitive pay structures and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing compensation recommendations that balance market competitiveness and business objectives
- Own the planning and execution of annual and off-cycle compensation programs, including market analysis and executive recommendations
- Lead complex cross-functional compensation initiatives, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams to improve processes
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive compensation experience, including ownership of compensation programs
- Experience with equity compensation, market benchmarking, and compensation modeling
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in ambiguous situations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification (CCP, GRP) preferred
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with modern analytics and AI-enabled tools
