Position Responsibilities:

Lead the design of incentive plans to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment
Conduct plan effectiveness evaluations and analyze incentive performance data
Implement compensation plan documents and incentive training programs for plan participants

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
3 or more years of incentive design or broad-based compensation experience
2 or more years of large enterprise level project leadership experience
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Advanced Excel experience
