Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for a Senior Compensation Professional.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of incentive plans to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment
  • Conduct plan effectiveness evaluations and analyze incentive performance data
  • Implement compensation plan documents and incentive training programs for plan participants
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of incentive design or broad-based compensation experience
  • 2 or more years of large enterprise level project leadership experience
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Advanced Excel experience
