Job Summary
A company in the Business Services industry is looking for a Senior Compensation Professional.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of incentive plans to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment
- Conduct plan effectiveness evaluations and analyze incentive performance data
- Implement compensation plan documents and incentive training programs for plan participants
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3 or more years of incentive design or broad-based compensation experience
- 2 or more years of large enterprise level project leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Advanced Excel experience
