Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Compensation on a contract basis until June 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Compensation Centre of Excellence for Annual Performance and Compensation cycles
- Develop and oversee program documentation, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights on compensation programs and ensure alignment with compensation philosophies
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment
- Post-secondary degree in a related field such as Finance or HR
- Significant understanding of compensation principles and project management experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to consult with managers and employees in a matrixed environment
