Senior Compensation Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Compensation on a contract basis until June 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Compensation Centre of Excellence for Annual Performance and Compensation cycles
• Develop and oversee program documentation, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights on compensation programs and ensure alignment with compensation philosophies

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment
• Post-secondary degree in a related field such as Finance or HR
• Significant understanding of compensation principles and project management experience preferred
• Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to consult with managers and employees in a matrixed environment
