Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to manage payroll and sales commission processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end semi-monthly payrolls ensuring compliance with regulations
- Calculate and process monthly commissions with accuracy and timely delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee compensation inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in payroll, compensation, or finance with ownership of payroll and/or commissions processes
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Experience with data analysis in Excel and Google Sheets
- Salesforce experience required for data validation
- Proven track record in designing and implementing compensation strategies
