Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to manage payroll and sales commission processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end semi-monthly payrolls ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Calculate and process monthly commissions with accuracy and timely delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee compensation inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in payroll, compensation, or finance with ownership of payroll and/or commissions processes
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
  • Experience with data analysis in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Salesforce experience required for data validation
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing compensation strategies
