Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs including base pay and bonuses
- Conduct market analyses and provide recommendations based on competitive trends and internal equity
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and partner with HR on pay equity analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of ten years of progressive compensation experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (preferably ADP)
- Experience in conducting market pricing and job evaluations
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
