Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs including base pay and bonuses
  • Conduct market analyses and provide recommendations based on competitive trends and internal equity
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and partner with HR on pay equity analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive compensation experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (preferably ADP)
  • Experience in conducting market pricing and job evaluations
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
