- Design and maintain job architecture and global compensation ranges
- Develop and run automated compensation cycles to enhance employee and leader experiences
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of compensation experience in consulting or in-house roles
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a STEM discipline
- Experience with global compensation and international pay structures
- Familiarity with job architecture design and pay models
- Experience with Workday and program management is preferred
