Senior Compensation Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the administration and delivery of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Specialist will conduct market pricing, perform job evaluations, and provide pay recommendations while working remotely in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support broad-based compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
- Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses to inform hiring and promotion decisions
- Evaluate positions and assist with job leveling and salary range recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of compensation experience, including market pricing and salary administration
- Experience supporting broad-based compensation programs within a complex organization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Knowledge of compensation principles and market pricing methodologies
