Senior Compiler Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior LLVM Compiler Engineer to join their Compute Compiler Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with LLVM, Clang, MLIR, and open source communities to upstream compiler features and infrastructure
• Lead design discussions, RFCs, and code reviews with a focus on maintainability and usability
• Advocate for technical needs and help shape long-term open source LLVM strategy

Required Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience with LLVM, Clang, MLIR, or similar compiler infrastructures
• Excellent hands-on C++ programming skills
• Solid understanding of compiler internals, including IR design and code generation pipelines
• Experience with open source development workflows, including design discussions and code reviews
