Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Administrator to design and implement compliance programs for State and Federal contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic Regulatory Change Management team initiatives
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of regulatory requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements for regulatory change management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or related field required
  • 4+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects required
  • Juris Doctor degree or health law experience preferred
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerBI preferred
