Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Administrator to design and implement compliance programs for State and Federal contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Regulatory Change Management team initiatives
- Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements for regulatory change management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or related field required
- 4+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience in a healthcare setting required
- Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects required
- Juris Doctor degree or health law experience preferred
- Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerBI preferred
