Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Administrator - Regulatory Change Management (HR).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Regulatory Change Management team initiatives
- Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of regulatory change management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or related field required; Juris Doctor degree preferred
- 4+ years of Compliance and/or regulatory experience in a healthcare and/or managed care setting required
- Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects required
- Employment/HR legal experience preferred
