Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Administrator - HR Regulatory Change Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement programs and policies for compliance with state and federal regulations in HR
  • Conduct monitoring and analysis of regulatory requirements and coordinate necessary notifications
  • Oversee implementation efforts for regulatory changes and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or related field required; Juris Doctor preferred
  • 4+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience within employment or HR required
  • Previous experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects required
