Lead and execute Compliance Management Program components
Provide oversight of regulatory compliance and BSA/AML functions
Deliver reporting to leadership and partners on compliance program

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and specialized compliance training
Five or more years of experience in relevant compliance roles
Solid knowledge of financial regulations and laws
Tech-savvy and innovative mindset
Professional certification(s) such as CRCM, CRP, or CAMS preferred
