Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ethics and Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with compliance program operations, including drafting policies, managing communications, and overseeing compliance exit interviews
• Support the Ethics and Compliance Senior Leadership Committee by preparing reports and providing overall assistance
• Perform other assigned duties by senior management related to ethics and compliance program operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with five years of relevant experience
• One or more certifications such as CPC, RHIA, or CHC
• Experience in compliance, legal, human resources, training, or related fields
• Willingness to learn and earn the CHC credential within twelve months if not already certified
• Proficiency in areas such as HIPAA Privacy, conducting investigations, and auditing
