Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main compliance partner and liaison between business units, audit teams, and the second line of defense
• Lead compliance testing and ensure the effectiveness of controls through the First Line of Defense plan
• Guide teams through audit readiness, federal and state exams, and develop effective compliance policies

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or operational risk & controls within the consumer lending industry
• In-depth knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations
• Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements to business operations
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment
• Certifications in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management disciplines are encouraged but not required
