Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to manage compliance-related tasks and enhance procedures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of complaints, identifying root causes and assessing adherence to regulations
• Prepare reports with recommendations for improving complaint handling and procedures
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address issues in complaint resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field with 4-5+ years of experience in lending institutions
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial protection laws and regulations related to consumer lending
• Strong interest in the clean energy financing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with CRM software is preferred, specifically Salesforce
