Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Compliance Analyst to support product lifecycle and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare filing materials for submission to state Departments of Insurance
• Research and apply laws, regulations, and filing requirements related to products
• Manage the submission of responses to state inquiries regarding filings

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of compliance experience
• High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of relevant compliance and/or industry experience
• Direct experience with preparing and submitting filings in SERFF
• Prior experience reading contracts and regulations with minimal oversight
