Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst (Risk Assessment and Oversight) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Compliance Oversight activities to prevent, detect, and correct compliance concerns
• Lead project management efforts for sensitive Compliance initiatives and represent the Compliance Department on complex projects
• Research and interpret laws and regulatory issues impacting compliance programs, and develop solutions to complex compliance problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance roles in healthcare or highly regulated industries
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Complete understanding of effective compliance program principles and industry best practices
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
