Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst (Regulatory Change Management) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met
• Lead project management efforts for sensitive compliance initiatives and represent the Compliance Department on complex contracts
• Research and interpret laws and regulatory issues, managing documentation and reporting related to compliance programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles within healthcare or highly regulated industries
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa or residency sponsorship
• Knowledge of compliance program principles and industry best practices
