Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst - Regulatory Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and track laws, regulations, and compliance guidance while preparing updates and analysis on regulatory actions
• Provide guidance to departments on compliance issues and manage regulatory change reporting responsibilities
• Assist in developing regulatory change management training programs and perform compliance audits and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience
• Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred, which may be considered in lieu of experience
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs
• Experience in project management with knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA
