Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to manage compliance tasks related to insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review advertising materials for compliance with internal standards and state regulations
• Draft and file policy forms while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Analyze regulatory changes and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with A&H product lines
• Knowledge of insurance compliance laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Experience with marketing and advertising compliance preferred
