Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end complaints program ensuring timely and compliant resolution
• Investigate complaints with cross-functional teams and drive remediation
• Monitor complaint trends and escalate regulatory or systemic risks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, operational risk, or consumer lending operations
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations
• Experience with complaints management and risk identification
• Compliance, audit, or risk management certifications are a plus
• Experience as a state or federal regulator is advantageous
