Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Compliance Analyst to provide product filing and operational compliance support for the Retirement Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare accurate and timely filings materials for submission to state Departments of Insurance
- Research and interpret laws and regulations related to products and assist in drafting compliance forms
- Independently manage compliance projects and provide subject-matter expertise across multiple product lines
Required Qualifications
- Typically 8+ years of compliance experience
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with product development and rate and form filings for individual life and annuity products
- Direct experience with preparing and submitting filings in SERFF / APPIAN
- High school diploma required
