Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the Compliance Program and provide regulatory interpretation
Manage compliance reporting and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies
Conduct compliance audits and develop training programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience
Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred
3+ years of experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs
Experience in project management with knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations
