Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst - External Audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead coordinator and primary contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies for assigned audits
• Manage end-to-end external audit coordination, including evidence collection and closure
• Communicate regulatory requirements related to audits to internal stakeholders and maintain audit documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs
• Experience in project management with knowledge of compliance laws, particularly HIPAA
• Hands-on experience supporting external audits
• Background in healthcare is preferred
