Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst in the Public Sector focused on Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the US public sector audit and certification process (DoD IL 5) and manage continuous monitoring for compliance
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating compliance requirements into actionable guidance for internal teams
• Enhance the audit experience through intelligent data, automation, and continuous metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience with public sector compliance audits and certification processes in a cloud-native environment, specifically DoD IL5 and/or FedRAMP High
• Ability to work autonomously with strong prioritization and coordination skills
• Creative and practical mindset driven by risk-based decision making
• Experience with compliance-as-code is a plus
• Background in a growing SaaS company is advantageous
