Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with state and federal regulations
Perform compliance testing, monitoring, and risk assessments across mortgage operations
Review, test, and correct HMDA data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required; college degree preferred
5+ years of mortgage regulatory compliance experience required
Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations including HMDA, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, AML/BSA, and related laws
Experience supporting regulatory exams and audits
Proficiency with NMLS and compliance management systems
