Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compliance Analyst to provide product filing and operational compliance support for the Retirement Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare accurate and timely filings materials for submission to state Departments of Insurance
• Research, interpret, and apply laws and regulations related to product compliance and state filings
• Independently manage technically demanding compliance projects and provide subject-matter expertise across multiple product lines

Required Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of compliance experience
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Broad understanding of business operations and related legislative and regulatory requirements
• Experience with product development and rate and form filings for individual life and annuity products
• Direct experience with preparing and submitting filings in SERFF / APPIAN
