Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst, Product Implementation & Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance partner for mortgage product teams on implementation and support questions
• Translate regulatory and investor requirements into clear business logic and deliver compliance requirements to product and systems teams
• Conduct pre-launch testing of system rules, disclosure logic, and workflow configurations to confirm compliant behavior

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage compliance, QA/QC, or regulatory operations, preferably in a technology-enabled mortgage or fintech environment
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Systems teams to convert regulatory requirements into product and system behavior
• Familiarity with mortgage technology platforms and understanding of system workflows and control design
• Understanding of FHA, VA, USDA, and agency guidelines, as well as federal and state mortgage laws
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent practical experience is valued
