Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute compliance management processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Proactively manage communication of status, risks, and next steps across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and refine compliance policies and support audits and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or payment processing
• Familiarity with card network rules and regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical skills to assess risk and compliance concerns
• Demonstrated ability to operate proactively and manage competing priorities
