Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst- COI & Ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Support Institutional Conflict of Interest and Export Control compliance activities, including management plans and regulatory reviews
- Assist with compliance investigations and international collaboration activities, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 6 years of experience in a compliance-related field or 4 years with a preferred degree
- Experience as an analyst, auditor, or fraud investigator in relevant sectors
- Preferred certifications include Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
- Ability to maintain the security and integrity of critical infrastructure as defined by relevant regulations
