Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Compliance Analyst, responsible for coordinating external audits and regulatory exams in a full-time role, ensuring compliance and effective communication with auditors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead coordinator and primary contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies for assigned audits
• Manage end-to-end external audit coordination, including evidence collection and submission
• Communicate regulatory requirements related to external audits to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs
• Experience in project management with knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA
• Hands-on experience supporting external audits
• Background in healthcare is preferred
