Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Compliance Analyst, a full-time remote position, serves as the primary compliance and governance contact for clients, guiding them through cybersecurity compliance and risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance and governance contact for assigned clients
• Guide clients through compliance readiness efforts, including planning and documentation
• Prepare and deliver compliance-focused security updates and maintain governance documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years of IT, cybersecurity, compliance, or governance experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience advising clients on security governance and compliance readiness
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Purview and related compliance capabilities
• Strong technical writing skills for creating policies and documentation
