Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulations, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will conduct compliance assessments, develop training programs, and collaborate with various departments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance assessments and audits to ensure adherence to institutional policies
• Develop and implement training programs for staff on compliance-related topics
• Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and improve processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
• Experience in healthcare compliance preferred
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to healthcare compliance
• Certification in compliance (e.g., CHC, CCEP) is a plus
