Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Providing compliance support to the wholesale life insurance and annuity business, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will respond to compliance inquiries, conduct marketing material reviews, and evaluate business processes for regulatory compliance in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a compliance liaison and foster a culture of compliance through training and feedback
• Identify, analyze, and resolve compliance issues related to advertising, lead generation, and agent conduct
• Review marketing materials for compliance with applicable regulations and assist in creating compliance policies and educational content

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in compliance or the insurance industry
• Experience with insurance/securities advertising review requirements preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Background in compliance-related positions or regulatory environments preferred
