Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will conduct billing and reimbursement audits, identify compliance risks, and collaborate with operational teams to ensure adherence to regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently conduct focused and routine billing and reimbursement audits and investigations
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to physicians and departments, recommending corrective actions
• Develop and provide education and training on billing compliance requirements to promote awareness across the institution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 6 years of experience in a compliance-related field or 4 years with a preferred degree
• Experience with billing audits, reimbursement regulations, and provider documentation review
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred upon hire
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex federal and state billing regulations
