Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert in statutory leave and disability compliance, the full-time remote Senior Compliance Analyst will monitor and interpret evolving regulations, conduct compliance assessments, and develop policies to ensure compliant program design and administration of Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) and related benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret federal, state, and local leave regulations, assessing business impact and communicating implications to stakeholders
  • Perform compliance monitoring and control assessments, identifying risks and recommending remediation strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Draft and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance guidance to support consistent operations and provide consultative guidance to business units
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-6 years of compliance, regulatory, or related experience, particularly with Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) and statutory disability
  • Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them to business operations
  • Knowledge of SERFF and the insurance regulatory filing process
  • Demonstrated experience with filing products with state regulators and managing complex work in a fast-paced environment
