Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance function in a hybrid full-time role, the Senior Compliance Analyst will manage compliance systems, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while collaborating closely with Compliance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator for various Compliance systems and coordinate business processes related to healthcare professional services and third-party activities
• Conduct initial review and triage of compliance inquiries, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Support compliance auditing and monitoring activities, including audit planning and continuous improvement of compliance tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance or related roles within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
• Working knowledge of compliance regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Ability to maintain and update compliance policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements
