Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Compliance Analyst will focus on ensuring regulatory compliance through audit facilitation, legislative communication management, and monitoring emergency declarations while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and monitoring the implementation status of regulatory communications
• Facilitating regulatory audits and managing cross-departmental documentation requests
• Supporting regulatory reporting requirements across multiple entities and operational areas

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a heavily regulated healthcare environment
• Proficient in regulatory audit facilitation and internal compliance reviews
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
• Passion for Medicare and the well-being of members
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
