Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting retirement plan regulatory compliance and fiduciary oversight, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will manage governance documentation, operational monitoring, and compliance initiatives while working remotely from select states.

Key responsibilities

• Support fiduciary governance and retirement plan compliance initiatives in collaboration with senior directors
• Administer the firm's 3(16) fiduciary services program and monitor retirement plan operations for compliance with regulations
• Manage document amendment processes and coordinate plan termination workflows, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan compliance or fiduciary services
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations related to qualified retirement plans
• Understanding of retirement plan operations and fiduciary governance processes
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce preferred
